Lynette Hale
Hello, I’m Lynette Hale. I was born in California but grew up in Minnesota. After high school I studied to become a Montessori teacher of 2 1\2 to 6 year olds. I worked as a Montessori teacher until I met my husband while serving as a singles small group leader together at church. After we were married Ryan and I decided it was best for me to stay home to raise our children, so I left teaching after 14 years. While pregnant with our second child God called us to move to North Carolina to raise our family. We were blessed with 4 more children, making 5 in all. We found a wonderful church where I was blessed to serve as a Sunday school teacher, help with VBS, work with the homeless, and start and serve in a ministry serving a meal and sharing a Bible study in a low income neighborhood weekly. After my first short-term mission trip to Morocco, Ryan and I decided to attend Southeastern Seminary. I took classes to earn my certificate in woman studies for missions. I was blessed to be able to take short-term mission trips to Peru, Honduras, and Guyana. In 2021 Ryan accepted a job in Austin, Texas and we found a new home for our family in Copperas Cove. I am so excited for the opportunity to work with the children here at Crestview Christian Church.
